Discover Passes:
Discover passes can only be bought when purchasing your tabs and will be mailed out to you by the state. They can take up to 10 business days.

Other services we offer at Snohomish Auto Licensing
We also offer the following cash only services:
- Notary service - $10 per stamp. We are able to notarize any document, just remember to bring your own witnesses if required. Call ahead for fees for wills.
- Faxes $1 per page
- Laminating service - $2 - We can laminate your new boat or snowmobile registration or any other important document here.

- We accept all major credit/debit cards (Service fee of $2.25 or 3%)
- Checks made out to the Department of Licensing (DOL), as well as Money orders, Traveler's checks, Cashier's checks
